What Rising Aurelia entails.
Rising Aurelia is our signature member-development journey. From the day you accept your bid, you choose 20 of 24 established milestones spanning chapter leadership, sisterhood engagement, campus involvement, philanthropy, and career readiness.
Each milestone reinforces our cardinal values — Friendship, Sound Learning, and Rectitude — and prepares you for life beyond college, ensuring you graduate not only as a stronger sister but as a well-rounded leader employers notice.
Milestones across five pillars.
- Hold a chapter office or lead a standing committee.
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete study-hour challenges.
- Log 40 hours of community service before initiation's anniversary.
- Attend a leadership retreat or national convention.
- Complete an internship, co-op, or career-shadowing placement.
- Mentor a new member through her first semester.
